Who delivers your order
We use a combination of Australia Post and FedEx/TNT — chosen because they're the most reliable end-to-end, with excellent online tracking. How it's packed depends on the size of your order:
- 25 garments or fewer — sealed in a waterproof satchel
- Larger orders — boxed in solid recycled apparel boxes (~12kg)
- Every order — packed by hand for quality control, tracked via the TNT portal or AusPost's own system
We'll email you full tracking details as soon as your order is ready to ship.
How long it takes
Once payment is confirmed, your order is printed and packed — typically 7–14 business days from payment to dispatch, depending on how busy we are. From there, delivery time depends on your location:
- NSW, ACT — often next day
- QLD, VIC, SA — usually 2–3 days
- WA, NT, TAS — usually 3–10 days
